Maya Angelou Shares Her Wisdom

She never stops writing, and not just fiction, autobiography, plays and poetry. Her new book is Great Food, All Day Long: Cook Splendidly, Eat Smart,. She believes “Eat great food; don’t eat much of it.”

She lost 40 pounds in the past year and now she felt compelled to share her newfound wisdom. She’s still a great teacher for us all.
